My family and I stayed at your hotel last week after our flights from Florence to the U.S. were canceled due to volcanic ash. Even though we hadn't made prior reservations, you kindly accommodated us for the additional nights without raising the cost per night. Thank you so much for being so helpful and friendly to us during our crisis. Era un hotel molto buono. Pulito, buona colazione. Vicino all'aeroporto. Fermata dell'autobus altrettanto vicino, fino alla stazione centrale, poi semplicemente a piedi in città. L'Hotel è adatto. Avevamo una camera familiare. Il bagno era anche molto bello. Nel complesso un evviva!!!

I had booked a single room, but the one I got had enough space for 3 (though with 3 people it would have been a bit tight to move around). The man at reception was really nice and friendly. He booked a cab for me for the morning. Since I was going to be leaving before their breakfast was going to be available, he offered to make me a cappuccino in the morning if I came down a few minutes early (which I didn't, as I am chronically running late).
